A model, not a layer.
You bring the integration and the account; Konic brings a supported, versioned family. The buyer gets one product instead of a stack of pieces to assemble.
Partnerships
Konic builds the model family; partners build the business around it. If you integrate, deploy, or host AI for regulated buyers, there is a route in.
Ways to partner
Pick the one that matches how you already sell. Every route runs on the same model families and the same published evaluation harness.
01 Technology & integration
Runtimes, silicon, orchestration, and agent frameworks. We ship compressed artifacts and integration guidance so Konic families run on the platform your customers already own.
Best for
Platform vendors whose customers need private inference.
02 Systems integrator
Deployment, evaluation, and enablement for regulated accounts. You own the relationship and the integration; Konic supports the model through release and upgrade.
Best for
Consultancies with banking, insurance, health, or industrial accounts.
03 Cloud & hardware
Sovereign clouds, private VPC topologies, and constrained or edge hardware. Joint benchmarking against your reference machines before anything is promised to a buyer.
Best for
Sovereign cloud providers and hardware vendors.
04 Co-development
Joint work on domain data, evaluation harnesses, and specialized models, produced by the same pipeline behind every Konic release.
Best for
Teams with proprietary data and one workflow worth specializing.
Partner FAQ
Systems integrators, platform and runtime vendors, sovereign cloud and hardware providers, and teams building vertical models on proprietary data. The common requirement is a buyer who needs the model inside their own boundary.
Nothing. There is no partner fee and no tier you buy into. Commercial terms are set per engagement, and the customer licenses the model family directly or through you.
Not at entry. Exclusivity is scoped only where a partner commits to volume, coverage, or joint development, and it is agreed per engagement rather than published as a tier.
The intro call and technical fit usually take two to three weeks: a deployment target, a sandbox model, and an evaluation harness. Joint go-to-market starts once the pilot numbers hold.
Uno-1 weights are published openly on Hugging Face under their own model licence, so you can build on them today. Duo-1 and Tres-1 ship under an annual per-host enterprise licence, and how you resell them is agreed in the joint plan.
Next step
Bring a buyer, a workload, and the deployment target. We will scope the model and the evaluation with you.
